When not being used, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, such as a jewelry box or pouch. Avoid storing it in a humid or damp environment, as moisture can cause damage and tarnishing.

Cleaning and Polishing

You don't need to worry if your jewelry loses its shine or becomes tarnished. It can be restored to its beautiful, shiny state by cleaning your jewelry with a soft cloth, gentle soap, and warm water or using a sunshine polishing cloth.

Black ink on my initial ring has faded

The ink on your initial ring can start to fade over time. You can easily retouch it at home with a black sharpie. Mark only the letters and wipe off right away with the cloth provided or any cloth.

Please allow 4-7 business days for your jewelry to be completed before it is shipped out to you. However, depending on the size of the order and order volume at a given time, processing may take longer to ensure that every order meets my (and your) standard of quality.

Order tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is completed and packed. Once USPS scans your package into the system, the tracking number can be seen in detail about your order.
