After living in New York City for four years, I recently moved back to Texas, so getting the chance to return to a city I love and run through its streets feels really special. NYC holds such a special place in my heart, and I can’t think of a better way to come back than by running my first marathon there. I’m also so excited to be running for a cause that gives kids the opportunity to build healthy, active lives through running.
